These terms are still being finalised. What follows reflects how the booking system currently behaves. Where they differ from what you were told when booking, the confirmation email you received takes precedence.

Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed only once payment has been taken and you have received a confirmation email with a reference number. Until then no room is held. If a room is taken by another guest while you are paying, the payment is released and you are not charged.

Prices

Prices are shown in MYR and are confirmed against live availability before payment. The amount shown on the payment step is the amount you pay.

Deposits on arrival

Some properties take a refundable damage deposit in cash on arrival, returned when you check out:

The Cottage Langkawi — Refundable damage deposit of RM 100, paid in cash on arrival and returned at check-out.
Anchor Point Hostel and Cafe — Refundable damage deposit of RM 50, paid in cash on arrival and returned at check-out.

Changes and cancellation

To change or cancel, reply to your confirmation email or contact us on +60 12 345 6789. Cancellation terms are shown at the time of booking and repeated in your confirmation.

House rules

Each property has its own rules on children, pets, smoking and parties. They are listed on that property’s page and in your confirmation. Anchor Point is adults only.
