What time is check-in and check-out?
At The Cottage Langkawi and Anchor Point, check-in runs 14:00 to 21:00 and check-out 08:00 to 12:00. Tropicana Cenang is from 15:00 and out by 12:00. Arriving outside those hours? Message us the day before and we will make arrangements.
Do you arrange airport transfers?
The Cottage Langkawi and Anchor Point both offer an airport shuttle. Langkawi International is about 4 km from The Cottage and 3 km from Anchor Point. Send us your flight number when you book and we will arrange a pickup.
Is there a deposit?
A refundable cash damage deposit is taken on arrival — RM 100 at The Cottage Langkawi and RM 50 at Anchor Point. You get it back in full at check-out after a quick look over the room.
Can I bring children?
At The Cottage Langkawi, children of any age are welcome, and there are family and quadruple rooms for them. Children aged 10 and over are charged as adults. Anchor Point is adults only.
How do I choose between them?
The Cottage Langkawi has private rooms and standalone chalets as well as a dorm, and takes families. Anchor Point is adults-only dorm beds with a cafe attached and free bikes — the cheapest option. Tropicana Cenang is serviced apartments with their own kitchens, right on the beachfront, and suits longer stays and larger groups.
Are towels provided?
At The Cottage Langkawi, yes. At Anchor Point they are not included but can be rented at reception for RM 5 each — worth knowing before you pack.
